What is not

This site takes no reservations and holds no inventory. It cannot check availability, change a booking, pass a message to a hotel, or resolve a complaint about a stay — for any of that, the hotel itself is the only useful address. Correspondence is read by a small editorial team, and a reply is not guaranteed.
